U5 - U8 BCSA Practice Plan

Coaches,

The following plan was designed to accommodate a pool of players anywhere from 24 - 36 kids.  The 3 stations should easily be able to be set up and run, then modified as needed to challenge players as they get older.

Step 1:  Divide your player pool into 3 groups

Step 2:  Assign a coach or pair of coaches to each station.  If you don't have 2 coaches, grab a parent to help!

Step 3:  Run each station for approximately 20 minutes, rotating so kids visit all 3 stations at practice.

Step 4:  Have Fun!  Teach some soccer!
